Rinds, Anyone?


One of our office staff was giving away "pasalubong" to all the other employees of the Firm. I was given my share too.  It says "Bucheron".

I thought it is just the ordinary pork rinds or "chicharon" only to find out that they are chicken intestines.  It's my first time to see "chicharon" of this kind. I wonder how they clean each and every piece.  Should I or should I not?

  2. Chicken skin pala, I ate it kasi I have nothing to eat na at work and it is good! Brought home the others for them to try (except the kids, ha), and they did. Haha! And they thought everything I eat is clean!
