Preparing for a children's party is quite taxing. Aside from choosing the venue and foods to serve, you have to think of the theme, program, prizes for the games, and loot bags! Loot bags became very expensive since they are much different now that the usual small white plastic with character design that we used to receive when we were kids.
For K1's 1st Birthday, we had the blue (for boys) and pink (for girls) bags with two handles with "Flight RJ @ 1" printed logo outside. We made our sorta duty free bags since the theme involves planes, airport, and the like. K1 even wore a suit which is similar to the pilots of Lufthansa and three flight attendants in the same theme.

For K2's Baptism and K1's 2nd Birthday, we had insulated cups/tumblers with covers as souveniers.

Last Saturday, we went to CM's 7th Birthday and these are the loot bags that the kids got --

They are literally bags! K1 got the Cars and K2 got the Ben Ten! There are several toys inside and Angry Birds stuff.
In less than a month, K2 will be celebrating his 1st Birthday. We want to make sure that his loot bag will be something different! Now, I will be more on the quality of what is inside than quantity! :)
ayyy, wish we can attend K2's bday party
