Road Going to Cavite

I woke up early for my 8:30 A.M. engagement in Bacoor, Cavite.  I had to endure the traffic in EDSA, the 60km/hour speed limit and pot holes in Macapagal Boulevard, and this in Coastal Highway --

The old road was being used by those going to the new highway going to the interior towns of Cavite and they created this flyover for vehicles going to Las Pinas and Bacoor, Imus, etc.  While the road was already cemented, it is covered by gravel coming from I do not know where.

My poor car had to endure all the bumps on the road.

When will they finish this project?  Such an eye sore and a pain in the ass, literally! :(
